How do I care for my jewelry?

Please do not sleep, shower, swim, or spray anything onto your jewelry. For pearls be sure they are the last item you put on and the first wardrobe piece you take off. Avoid perfumes and lotions while wearing pearls.

To clean your jewelry we recommend using Lavish jewelry cleaner (which is available for purchase) along with a soft bristled unused toothbrush. It is safe on all materials and gemstones alike. Be sure not to wear your jewelry while lifting objects or any daily task that can cause wear and tear. Like all metals gold, silver, and platinum are malleable and will naturally change form with pressure which can compromise the shape and integrity of the design and cause stones to shift or fall out. Before bedtime lay your jewelry out flat on a soft surface to avoid tangling or scratching.

Please be sure to have your pieces professionally cleaned & checked at least once every six months to ensure that prongs are not worn down and stones are secure.

Repairs & Resizing

We are happy to repair & resize your piece for an additional charge plus shipping & handling. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style. We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler.

Any outside repairs are welcome! Simply send in your question about what can be done for your piece.

Returns & exchanges

No cash refunds. In store credit or exchange only within 10 days of purchase. Custom pieces are not eligible for exchange.

If you receive a piece that does not fit please contact Sandy immediately to exchange for a correct size before wearing. Any misuse or indication it has been worn will void ability to exchange.
