Shipping Instructions

To ship to me using UPS or FEDEX you use the following address:

Please let me know when you plan to ship along with tracking information so I can keep an eye out for your package.

Return insured shipping for UPS or FEDEX is $85. Return insured shipping for USPS is $50. Return uninsured shipping (no guarantee of delivery) is $30. I'm happy to ship back whichever way you choose. Payment must be remitted before shipping back. I'll take care of creating the label!

Please include the following when shipping your jewelry:
Your name
Your shipping address
Your email address
Your phone number
The amount you wish us to insure your item for on its return
A detailed description of the work you want done on each item, including, but not limited to:
What you want repaired
For rings: your finger size
Gemstone preferences if necessary
If known, the type of metal used in each piece (silver, gold, etc.)
All known information about your gemstones
Any other information you think is relevant
For custom work, please include a detailed description of what you want done
Pictures are always good!
Do not ship your item in your jewelry box. Place the item inside a padded envelope then place the envelope inside the shipping box.
